The schedule below offers dates and subject matter of meetings of the Champaign County Developmental Disabilities Board. Included are tentative dates for steps in the funding allocation process for Program Year 2027 and deadlines related to Program Year 2025 and Program Year 2026 agency contracts. Subjects are not exclusive to any given meeting, as other matters requiring Board review or action may also be addressed. Study sessions may be scheduled on topics raised at meetings, brought by staff, or in conjunction with the CCDDB.
Regular meetings and study sessions are scheduled to begin at 9AM; joint study sessions and meetings at 5:45PM; dates and times are subject to change and may be confirmed with Board staff.
5/20/26 Allocation scenarios released to Board, posted online with CCDDB May 27 meeting agenda and packet.
5/27/26 Regular Board Meeting - Program Year 2027 Allocations
6/1/26 For contracts with a Program Year 2026-Program Year 2027 term, all updated Program Year 2027 forms should be completed and submitted by this date.
6/16/26 Deadline for agency application/contract revisions. Deadline for agency letters of engagement w/ CPA firms.
